Application Period: 05/10/2026 to 15/10/2026

Application Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM everyday

Registration Fee: ₹1000/- (Pay Online)

Note: Registration fee is non-refundable. Parents are requested to check all eligibility criteria carefully before applying.

Requirements

Please keep the following documents ready before filling the online application form:

  1. Birth Certificate issued by the relevant Government Agency from the place of birth of the child.
  2. Aadhar Card of the child.
  3. Residential Address Proof of the parents (Ration Card / Voter ID Card).
  4. Resent Passport-size photograph of the child.
  5. Recent photograph of parents with the child.
  6. Caste Certificate of either the father or the child, if applicable.
  7. Affidavit will not be accepted in lieu of Birth Certificate.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Criteria:

Children born between 01.04.2023 and 31.03.2024 only are eligible for admission to PRE-NURSERY.

Registration Process

  1. Fill the Application Form Online.
  2. Pay the Online Registration Fee after filling the form.
  3. Dates for document verification will be informed via SMS on the mobile number mentioned in the form.
  4. Selected candidates will be informed via SMS.

Important Notice

ONLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ABIDE BY THE DECISIONS OF THE SCHOOL, YOU NEED TO APPLY.

CHILD SHOULD FALL UNDER THE AGE CRITERIA IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION.

DATE OF BIRTH GIVEN WILL NOT BE CHANGED AFTER ADMISSION.

Any discrepancy discovered in the Birth Certificate or in the procedure may lead to automatic cancellation of the seat and there will be no refund of fees.

Documents Required for Verification

The following documents must be presented during document verification. The verification date and time will be informed through SMS:

  1. Downloaded Application Form with one recent stamp-sized colour photograph of the applicant and one postcard-size family photograph containing father, mother and child only.
  2. Original Birth Certificate (Municipality Registration Certificate).
  3. Catholic children should also produce their Baptism Certificate along with the letter of the Parish Priest.
  4. Residential Address Proof of the parents (Ration Card / Voter ID Card).
  5. Aadhar Card of the Child.
  6. Caste Certificate of either the father or the child, if applicable.
